That’s great to know Hassan bhaijan. You liked that honey with roti thing because similar thing is also served in Hunza valley of Pakistan. I forgot the name of the dish but was sth very similar to this. Btw Pakistan is great too ❤
The combination makes sense: chilly to warm you up and cheese and butter to help your stomach cope up with the chillies. And is it just me or at times David sounds like Cbum? 🤔

Hey David ! On your next visit to India, please try to Visit my state Odisha. Bro, I guarantee you'll love it. People here are really good, they are helpful. You'll discover a ton of temples here. Try to visit Puri on of the best beaches of India and the home to Lord Jagannath. You'll find a diverse taste of sea food too ! And most importantly try to visit Bhubneshwar because it is the smartest city of India. And, there are some places which will give you the feeling of Shanghai and Singapore. David ate the chilli with the handle itself. Some cooks do not remove the chilli handle (? pitiole).
